From a first idea to a finished release
SketSong is a song development management system. It organizes the journey of a song — the workflow, the metadata, and how everything connects — while your audio stays in your own Google Drive. SketSong is not a DAW or a recording studio.
- 1
Capture Ideas
Ideas start in the Idea Bank and stay there. A hook, a lyric, or a voice memo is captured the moment it arrives, so nothing slips away before you can use it.
- 2
Develop Projects
A Project is where a song is built. It can connect multiple Ideas, and a single Idea can be connected to multiple Projects — your ideas are reusable building blocks, not one-time notes.
- 3
Create Demos
A Demo is a listenable stage of a song's development — a real, hearable version you can return to, compare, and build on as the song grows.
- 4
Catalog Releases
Releases catalog your final masters and released works, with the metadata that keeps a growing body of work organized and easy to find.
- 5
Listen and organize through Player
The Player lets you listen across ideas, demos, and releases in one place, and organize what you hear into playlists.
- 6
Keep user-owned media connected through Google Drive
Your audio stays in your own Google Drive. SketSong connects to those files to store and play them; the media remains under your control.
